ByteBaker bba04bc492 chore: correct tokio::spawn usage ...

There was code of the form `tokio::spawn(async move { foo().await }`

While this works without issues, it's redundant, as `tokio::spawn`
needs a future as the argument. Therefore the new code now
has only `tokio::spawn(foo())`.
