## Summary Overhauls the README structure and replaces all product screenshots with fresh captures from the current UI. ### Structure - Merged the two duplicate galleries (Features + Screenshots) into a single inline **Product Tour** — one description + one screenshot per feature. - Replaced fragile GitHub `user-attachments` `<img width="3024">` tags with clean local-file markdown (``). - De-italicized the Comparisons and Production-Ready tables and removed Google-Docs paste artifacts (`\+` / `\-` escapes). - Trimmed keyword repetition, added a Table of Contents, moved Quick Start up, and made headers consistent. ### Screenshots (all refreshed from the live UI) Home overview, Logs, Traces (**waterfall**), **Service Graph**, Metrics (**Explore** tab), Dashboards (K8s namespace w/ template variables), RUM session replay, Alerts, **Incidents**, Pipelines, **AI Observability**, and the **O2 AI Assistant** — several of these features weren't represented before. Removed 14 stale/unused screenshots (`zo_home`, `zo_add_user`, `create-panel`, `dashboard2`, `error-tracking`, `function`, `ingestion1/2`, `map`, `performance`, `streams`, `traces-overall`, old `dashboard`/`pipeline`). ### Verification - Every image reference in the README resolves to a file in `screenshots/`; no screenshot is orphaned. - Docs-only change — no code touched.
