Neha PandClaude 5ee7aff96d test: add search patterns E2E tests and pipeline cron display assertion (#10544 )

## Summary
- Add E2E tests for the Search Patterns feature (Enterprise feature)
- Add assertion to verify pipeline cron expression displays correctly in
the pipeline list after import
- Add page object methods for Search Patterns feature to logsPage.js

## Test Details

### Search Patterns Tests (`@enterprise` tag)
10 new tests covering:
- **P0 Smoke Tests**: Toggle visibility, switching to patterns view,
patterns loading, statistics display
- **P1 Functional Tests**: Pattern card display, include/exclude
buttons, details dialog, navigation
- **P2 Edge Cases**: Anomaly badge display, navigation button states

### Pipeline Cron Display
- Adds `expectScheduledPipelineCronDisplayed()` method to verify cron
expression is visible in the Frequency column
- Applied to both scheduled pipeline import tests

## Files Changed
- `tests/ui-testing/pages/logsPages/logsPage.js` - Added 20+ Search
Patterns selectors and methods
- `tests/ui-testing/pages/pipelinesPages/pipelinesEP.js` - Added cron
display verification method
- `tests/ui-testing/playwright-tests/Logs/searchPatterns.spec.js` - New
spec file with 10 tests
- `tests/ui-testing/playwright-tests/Pipelines/pipelineImport.spec.js` -
Added cron assertion
