4 people 79b86199a4 test: Alerts cloud compatibility for alpha1 E2E (Set2) (#10813) ...

## Summary
- Make all 8 Alerts spec files cloud-compatible for alpha1 environment
- Replace `process.env.ORGNAME` with `getOrgIdentifier()` from
cloud-auth.js
- Replace `getAuthToken()` (email:password) with `getAuthHeaders()` for
cloud passcode-based auth in 3 files with API calls
(alerts-scheduled-features, alerts-incident-correlation,
alerts-vrl-encoding)

## Test plan
- [ ] All existing self-hosted E2E tests still pass
- [ ] Alpha1 cloud E2E Alerts shard passes
