## Summary

- Add `#[cfg(test)] mod tests` blocks to ~525 files across all workspace
crates
- Covers: openobserve, infra, config, ingester, wal, flight,
tantivy_utils, cli
- All tests are synchronous (`#[test]` only) — struct defaults, serde
roundtrips, enum variants, pure utility functions
- No async tests, no logic changes — purely additive
