sai nikhil kethe f4a47dc470 test(ci): drop UI benchmark jobs and run shards through coverage.sh ...

The baseline and benchmark jobs were a one-off measurement and are not
needed on every run. Shards and the merge now call ./coverage.sh directly,
like the backend jobs, and the aggregate job reports which shard result
failed.
