utf8view enable:
main: 30s (15k batches send to leader)
this branch: 15s (1.5k batches send to leader)

utf8view disable:
main: 13s (42k batches send to leader)
this branch: 12s (1.5k batches send to leader)

one found is the AggregateExec's time_calculating_group_ids, utf8 is
faster than utf8view
