Subject: [PATCH] fix: address pr-bug-scan validated finding from #6374

Removed the early-return at AutomationsPage.tsx:1863-1866 so when terminalTarget is null but workspace exists, openRunWorkspace falls through to activateAndRevealWorktree, resuming the workspace.
