test(daemon): add cross-protocol reattach coverage

Runs the current DaemonPtyAdapter against real daemons built from every
still-supported previous protocol version to ensure pane reattachment works
across app updates without replacing shells or creating orphans. Includes
30 historical daemon builds plus working tree control, with bundle caching
per commit and a dedicated CI job.
