fix(agent-status): keep Grok background work visible after a cancel (#35495)
StopCancelled carries no backgroundTasks, so a cancelled Grok turn settled done while the shells and subagents it left running kept going. Track Grok's own task ids per pane and settle the cancelled row on each task's own end.
