Subject: [PATCH] chore(telemetry): drop dead `void name`/`void props` from
 track()

Leftover unused-param suppressors from the prior commit. Both `name`
and `props` are referenced later in the function (burst cap, validate,
capture), so no suppression is needed at the early-return.
