fix(mobile): run a server SSH repo's Tasks checks on that server

Browse Source 
F2 lists a server's SSH-backed repos, so Tasks now reads and connects their SSH targets through
the repo's own client and keys the drawer's SSH state by (host, connectionId): the desktop and a
server can each hold a target with the same id. Tests drive the real GitHub list loader.
