Subject: [PATCH] feat(mobile): move Privacy Policy + Support to Settings

Apple HIG and App Store reviewer expectations both prefer Privacy and
Support to live one tap from the Settings screen, not nested behind
About. Added a 'Help' section to Settings with Privacy Policy and
Support rows. About is now lean (brand + version + social).
