* Capture crash-report breadcrumbs

- Add a memory-only crash breadcrumb ring buffer and persist snapshots only
  when a crash report is recorded
- Include sanitized recent activity in crash diagnostics and tests
- Prevent dismissing or closing the crash dialog while submission is in flight
