OrcaWinandm4air	f0b310b1b1	refactor(store): delete direct-SSH terminal ledgers (#27569) ... Panes stopped spawning on unconverted ssh: rows in #27489, so the retry, live-binding and history ledgers were written but never read. Delete them, the retry and settle actions, and the detach transfer. The disconnect and new-authority clears keep nulling stale ssh: PTY ids exactly as before.
