Implemented the skip-flow fix. ( #1906 )

Changed:
- src/renderer/src/components/sidebar/AddRepoDialog.tsx: Skip now finalizes
the imported repo/worktree list without opening an existing worktree or
launching create-worktree.
- src/renderer/src/components/sidebar/add-repo-skip-finalization.ts: added
focused logic to make the imported worktrees visible by clearing sidebar
filters that would hide them.
- src/renderer/src/components/sidebar/add-repo-skip-finalization.test.ts:
regression coverage for skipped imports.
