Neil 22210eb3d1 fix(ai-vault): list OpenCode sessions from Orca-managed data accounts (#33658) 
Managed OpenCode accounts launch with XDG_DATA_HOME=<account>/data, but
history discovery only read the app process's XDG data dir, so sessions
created after selecting an account never reached History or the vault index.
