Preserve all 52 Markdown cases while consolidating one file and importing existing direct owners. Advance editor debounce windows through public selective timers, exclude unrelated lint tests from Performance PR triggers, and remove a pane assertion case entailed by retained coverage.

Without these paths a contract rename lands green on PR CI and only
