Detect generated Orca Unix launcher files as stale CLI registrations and replace them during install, while keeping arbitrary regular files protected as conflicts. This removes the stale /usr/local/bin/orca blocker found during memory profiling.

retained, and title-derived agent rows stay grouped under the right parent.
- Match lineage by terminal handle when pane keys are unavailable after
teardown, and ignore stale completed dispatches.

Reverts #4193 / commit 89d09d5c8d.
#4193 moved NotesSendMenu cleanup onto the trigger ref. The reported regression is that sending AI notes highlights the destination worktree but the actual send does not go through; a transient trigger detach can clear the global send target mode before the sidebar agent target click delivers the prompt.

instead of competing 'No comments yet' copy. The footer shortcut hint moved into
a tooltip so the composer reads as a clean text field.

Fix Windows launch-home file linking by using hard links for shared Codex files, handling EEXIST/idempotency, and covering the Windows SQLite sidecar behavior.
Moves the React Doctor js-combine-iterations override from a root react-doctor.config.json file into package.json under reactDoctor, keeping the repo root cleaner without changing behavior.
