fix(i18n): stop extracting <style> bodies as translatable copy (#30765)
The localization audit treated the CSS inside three feature-wall <style> elements as rendered copy, so the extractor wrapped 7-10k character style sheets in translate() and every locale carried them. A translation could then rewrite the CSS, and no pack could translate them under the per-string cap. The audit now skips <style> and <script> children; the three sheets are plain strings again, and their keys leave all catalogs and the runtime-required English catalog. |

test: check structured-chat code for Electron imports even before the runtime loads it (#24988)
* test: keep structured chat free of Electron imports
* test: widen runtime Electron ratchet to structured chat
* test: check whole structured-chat directories for Electron imports
Cover src/main/{native-chat,claude,codex}, src/shared and every structured-*
or agent-session-* file under src/main/runtime, so new files are checked by
default. A lane that exists today now fails loudly if it goes missing; only
the not-yet-landed acp/ and provider-process/ may be absent.
Move the test-only file rule into one classifier shared with the
localization audit, so -test-<thing> helpers and test doubles no longer
enter the production gate.
* test: run the Electron-import CLI path in tests and retire may-be-absent lanes
Export main() so the real-tree tests exercise the entry list CI uses,
check every required lane for the missing-directory error, and fail once
acp/ or provider-process/ exists while still allowed to be absent.

Records the active tab's on-screen position before insertions and restores it after, so the user's focused tab doesn't jump unexpectedly. * fix(i18n): localize the status bar Resource Manager tooltip and remote-host count The Resource Manager tooltip/aria label and the SSH segment's host count were assembled from bare English literals inside helper functions, so they stayed English under every non-English UI language while the labels around them translated. Route them through the catalog with _one/_other plural keys and whole-line messages (locales reorder and repunctuate the summary), and add en/es/ja/ko/zh entries. Root cause of the miss: audit-localization-coverage bailed on any ancestor binary expression whose operator was not `+`, which hid every string under a `cond && <JSX/>` guard or a `?? 'fallback'` — including this segment's 'Connecting…'. Only comparison operands are code, so keep `??`, `||` and `&&` walking, and localize the four real strings that surfaced.
