Exclude repo-only package inputs and move renderer/build-only dependencies out of production dependencies to reduce packaged app.asar size while keeping source maps allowed for crash diagnostics.
Adds an RPM Linux package target and renames the Linux CLI command to orca-ide to avoid shadowing GNOME Orca, while preserving macOS and Windows CLI command behavior.\n\nFollow-up hardening keeps the Linux launcher executable, removes only old Orca-managed Linux/WSL orca launchers during migration, preserves AppImage/deb artifact names, and updates package/release tests for the RPM asset.
The CLI is compiled by tsc (not bundled) and launched via
ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE, which bypasses Electron's asar integration. After
#1090 introduced zod for envelope validation, the packaged CLI crashed
with MODULE_NOT_FOUND because zod was inside app.asar. Add it to
asarUnpack so require() can resolve it from app.asar.unpacked/node_modules.
Follow-up tracked in #1097 to add CI smoke-testing of the packaged CLI.

Move build resources to resources/build/, icon source files to
resources/icon-source/, scripts to config/scripts/, and patches
to config/patches/ for a cleaner top-level directory layout.
