* fix(windows): stop recursive deletes from retry-storming when a file is held open
Node's async recursive rm retries every nested entry separately and orphans
sibling walkers when it rejects, so deleting a workspace holding a live
browser profile multiplied filesystem work per directory level until the
main process hung. Delete Windows host trees with a walker that retries
whole passes from one shared budget and leaves nothing running on failure.
Also bound and log detached worktree removal, and fail a file transaction
whose proper-lockfile lock is compromised instead of throwing from its timer.
* fix(windows): retry a locked delete as whole passes instead of a custom walker
Replace the hand-rolled tree walker with Node's own recursive rm and no
per-entry retries. Async rm gives each nested entry its own retry counter and
never stops siblings, which is what multiplied the work; with retries off each
pass is one bounded walk, and a transient Windows lock repeats the whole pass
from the existing 250/500/1000/2000 ms budget, checking the job's signal
between passes.
A failed delete now names the file another program holds open instead of
Node's EBUSY/EPERM text. Drop the 30-minute background deadline. The lost-lock
error no longer embeds the library's message and says the write may or may not
have been saved.

Mobile kept its own copy of the language tables and looked file names up
on plain objects, so constructor, toString or __proto__ returned an
Object member and lowlight threw. Mobile now uses desktop's shared
detector, which only reads own keys; .make moves into the shared table
so mobile keeps its Makefile highlighting.
In a drive-letter workspace, strip the leading slash from URL-style
/X:/ file hrefs before resolving, so links like /D:/Temp/report.txt
open D:/Temp/report.txt. POSIX, WSL UNC, and UNC hrefs are unchanged.

Mermaid draws every flowchart label in the theme's text colour, so a
`style` or `classDef` fill can hide it: light text on a pale node in dark
mode, dark text on a deep one in light mode. After rendering, labels that
fall below 4.5:1 on their node's fill switch to whichever theme colour
reads better, on desktop previews, chat and the phone.

* feat(mobile): copy button on shell command rows in chat
* test(mobile): stub the copy button where chat tests count tool row presses
* fix(chat): decode the login-shell script the way the shell does
Codex joins argv by switching quote styles, so stripping only the outer
quotes left \" escapes and quote splices in about a fifth of real
commands. Argv arrays are now shell-quoted when joined.
* fix(chat): keep the shell-path match to the outer command; reuse the label's full command
Argv arrays go back to a plain join: no argv-shaped shell calls exist in
real transcripts, and quoting them broke PowerShell and cmd.exe argv.
* test(mobile): leave quote decoding to the shared unwrap test
* refactor(chat): slice double-quoted runs and name the row's command fields plainly
* style(mobile): format copy button mocks in chat row tests
* refactor(mobile): share the queued-card projection with desktop
Image-only queued drafts showed a blank card on the phone.
* fix(mobile): honor the host's Queue follow-ups setting
With it off, a mid-turn send from the phone still queued while desktop sent it into the running turn.
* fix(mobile): keep a queued-card edit when the card leaves the queue
The phone closed the editor and dropped the typing; it now goes to the chat box as on desktop.
* fix(mobile): hold /clear and /compact for background work and sends
The phone fired the command where desktop holds it, showed start failures twice, and left the agent unnamed in failures.
* fix(mobile): hand a queued edit back to the chat it came from
* fix(mobile): scope a command's send hold to its own chat
* fix(mobile): read a published null queue as empty
* refactor(mobile): share the returned queued-card caption rule
* test(mobile): drop queued-card tests the shared rules already own
* refactor(native-chat): share the needs-attention rule and drop leftover wrappers
* fix(mobile): type the structured sends mock, drop the moved queued-cards path and ship queued edit copy at boot
* fix(native-chat): drop the queued card's unused image-label import after the rebase
* fix(mobile): order the phone's queue reorder preview by position, as the shared cards sort
* test(mobile): keep the queued-messages test within its line budget
* fix(mobile): settle terminal chat working state and turn timing with desktop's rules
Move desktop's live-status merge, Stop suppression, hook-state resolver and
terminal turn timing to src/shared/native-chat. Mobile reads the transcript
lifecycle the host already sends, so a provider turn end settles Working the
same way desktop does. Terminal chats now get the turn bar, timer and folding,
and the streaming preview uses the shared deriveNativeChatStreamingText.
* fix(mobile): send desktop's terminal Stop keys, a second Escape only for OpenCode
Desktop sends one Escape on Stop. It adds a paced second Escape only for
OpenCode, which confirms an interrupt that way. Claude Code and Codex read
Esc-Esc at an idle prompt as rewind. The rule moves to
native-chat-agent-support, and the phone now paces the second Escape at
desktop's answer step instead of 80ms.
* fix(mobile): word Orca-stop and usage-limit notices like desktop
Move desktop's Orca-stop sentences to src/shared with an English table that
desktop translates. The phone names the Orca host it pairs with, and when
that host is unnamed it says "the remote server". Usage-limit rows rebuild
desktop's sentence from the failure fact. The usageLimitLineText fallback,
which only the phone used, is deleted.
* test(mobile): pass the overlay's host name in the prompt controller harness
* test(mobile): re-record Stop goldens at desktop's step, split status-notice tests, pin the turn clock and ship notice copy at boot
* fix(mobile): offer structured Stop while a send is out and read queue-sends-next as working
Move desktop's structured Stop rule, its Stop-joining helpers and the
queue-sends-next rule to src/shared. Both sides now use them. The phone
counts its in-flight sends, so a conversation-stop host offers Stop before
the turn opens. Between queued turns the phone reads as working, and
commands that can't wait in line hold like they do on desktop. Untargeted
Stops are no longer joined on legacy hosts.
* fix(mobile): offer terminal Stop again when its Escape went nowhere
Stop hides Working on the phone like it does on desktop. The phone's Escape
can fail outright, though, while desktop writes to a local PTY. When no Escape
could have landed, the phone now drops that suppression. The streaming preview
also treats a pending echo as the transcript's tail, as desktop does, so an
earlier reply can't hide a new preview.
* fix(mobile): hold structured Stop while a send it covers is in flight
On desktop, Stop's held and Stopping state depends on whether the chat can
stop, and that includes a send still in flight. The phone now does the same.
Once Stop is pressed before the turn opens, the button holds and repeated
presses send no more untargeted cancels.
* fix(mobile): end the terminal Stop hold when a new message is sent
Desktop clears Stop's working suppression on an optimistic send, so a new turn
that keeps the same hook epoch (Claude with working subagents) still offers
Stop. The phone now does the same when a new pending echo appears.
* refactor(mobile): trim chat turn wiring after the desktop rule move
Drop the controller's unread nativeChatAgentWorking field. Re-render only when
a chat starts or stops having a send out. Keep the structured turn indicator
stable across stream frames. Type the Stop test table instead of casting.
* refactor(mobile): track structured sends in flight once for Stop and command holds
* test(mobile): re-record Stop goldens now that Stop settles with its Escape delivery
* fix(mobile): escape terminal image paths like desktop drops
* fix(mobile): keep launch-draft prefill over older user turns
* fix(mobile): rank @ file matches with desktop's fuzzy Quick Open search
* fix(mobile): use desktop's composer triggers for mid-prompt / and $ picks
Picked @ files are now quoted when the path has spaces.
* fix(mobile): send picked skill paths on structured chats
* fix(mobile): list the host's disk-scanned skills in the / and $ menus
The phone names the workspace and the host resolves its folder, refusing SSH
workspaces as desktop does; hosts without skills.discover-workspace.v1 list none.
* fix(mobile): forget a picked skill once its token is deleted
* fix(mobile): drop a picked skill as soon as its token is deleted, and retry failed skill scans
* fix(mobile): treat a picked leading skill as chat and stop failed skill scans from refiring
* test(mobile): drop the menu ranking case the shared picker tests own
* refactor(mobile): keep skill picks on the draft record and reuse shared send rules
A rejected send now keeps its picks and leading-skill origin on both send paths.
* fix(mobile): replace a re-picked skill's file and restore picks with a rejected send
* fix(mobile): read the chat agent for the skill catalog from the active resolution
* style(native-chat): format the composer autocomplete files
* fix(native-chat): import the picker's apply and send-classify rules from the shared composer module
* refactor(mobile): import the composer's draft-store hooks once
* style(mobile): format the notice row's style import
* fix(mobile): resolve terminal chat agents in desktop's order
Mobile now uses the shared detected-then-launch precedence and transcript-readability check; the phone's remembered agent only fills in after them.
* fix(mobile): hide Codex foreground commands from the background-task strip
* refactor(native-chat): share diff-card gutter, basename and task count
* fix(mobile): show clipped tool output sizes in KB/MB like desktop
* refactor(native-chat): share the tool-run header rules with mobile
* fix(native-chat): share tool-line detail rules; skip unsafe-only search hits
* fix(mobile): copy message text with desktop's rule
Copy now leaves out roster and background-task fallback twins and wordless provider frames.
* refactor(native-chat): memoize shared tool-line view and output sizes; share result preview
* fix(native-chat): read a lone result's preview from its narrowed body
* chore(i18n): ship chat tool and stop copy in the runtime English catalog
* refactor(native-chat): move the pending-send echo rule to shared
Mobile reuses it instead of its own matcher.
* fix(mobile): match chat echoes after their send boundary, sink unmatched ones
Uses desktop's rule: rows before the send no longer retire an echo, a send that
never lands no longer lets later glued sends retire, and an unmatched echo sits
below later turns.
* fix(mobile): keep glued photo captions and folded boundaries in echo matching
* fix(mobile): give image preview echoes the send time the occurrence rule reads
* fix(mobile): match echoes on image-normalized rows and cap open sends at eight
Same input and bound as desktop; each open send rescans the transcript.
* test(mobile): drop a pending-order case the tail test already covers
* refactor(mobile): read the send boundary once and skip echo normalization when idle
* test(native-chat): type the occurrence case's pending send
* test(mobile): drop the pending-echo wall-clock entry from the flaky-test baseline
* refactor(native-chat): share session option labels with mobile
Mobile's options pill now shortens effort levels (Med, XHigh, Min) and names
choices and options the way desktop does, from one English table that desktop
translates.
* refactor(native-chat): run mobile terminal chat options on the desktop surface
The terminal-chat option surface, its appliers, the option cache and the
dispatch types move to src/shared, and the phone builds its pickers from them.
Grok and every other agent with a catalog now get model and effort pickers on
the phone, picks are saved as the host's launch defaults, the OMP live switch
gate and discovery mapping come from one copy, and authoritative discovery
retires persisted models it no longer lists. The option stamp moves to shared.
* refactor(mobile): merge the session option type imports
* fix(mobile): keep terminal chat option picks on their own chat
The phone keeps one option surface per chat, so a pick that lands after leaving
and returning shows there, and a picker command only switches the chat it came
from. Discovered models merge with the seed catalog as on desktop, so Grok keeps
its effort picker. A Claude model switch the phone cannot confirm is never
saved as a launch default.
* fix(mobile): start terminal chat options over when a tab changes agent
A tab that runs another agent drops its kept option surfaces, report markers
and cached record, so a fresh session shows its own model. A pick that lands
after the phone moved to another chat is not saved as a launch default.
* fix(mobile): fence retired terminal chat option surfaces
A write that lands after its tab started another agent no longer publishes the
old agent's record, and a changed OMP switch capability rebuilds the chat's
surface from the cache instead of reviving an older one.
* refactor(native-chat): simplify the shared session option wiring
Desktop translation pieces use literal English defaults so the localization gate can read them, the selected-choice lookup is shared once, and the phone keeps one option surface per tab with the agent change detected from the cached record.
* refactor(mobile): return no option surface for an agent without a catalog
* test(native-chat): expect the shared Effort label in the startup picker test
* test(native-chat): keep only the label cases main still checks after the rebase
* refactor(native-chat): import the session option snapshot rules once in the PTY option surface
* refactor(native-chat): share structured option pick bookkeeping with mobile
Desktop and the phone now track picks per option through one shared book: a
repeat of an option on its way waits, other options go together, a lost reply
is not a pick done, and a stale reply only commits its own option. The phone
also re-reads options each turn and after the provider starts, and shows picks
at once while the host is still starting the provider.
* refactor(native-chat): share the option pick blocking rule
* fix(native-chat): read in-flight option picks from the shared book for launch send options
* fix(native-chat): keep the structured options hook within its line budget and pass the phone turn in the e2e harness
* fix(mobile): build the Source Control action sheet from desktop's menu rows
Adds Force Push and desktop's order, enable rules and hints.
* fix(mobile): rebase from desktop's effective base and keep the Force Push warning in the action sheet
* fix(mobile): keep the rebase row's base when the branch compare fails
* fix(mobile): keep upstream compares working when the default base lookup fails
* fix(mobile): keep the rebase target apart from the branch compare so failed or unsupported compares keep it
* fix(mobile): leave force pushes to desktop when the linked review has its own push target
* refactor(mobile): rebase onto the shown base and share the force-push block with the primary action
* fix(windows): probe fnm's real default alias dir for Node fallback
On Windows, fnm stores the default alias under FNM_DIR, else
%APPDATA%\fnm (legacy ~\.fnm), and node.exe sits directly in
aliases\default with no bin subdir. Probe those dirs and append them to
PATH so fnm's default only backfills a missing Node instead of shadowing
an inherited one.

The observed (`worker-start --setup run`) and sequenced (`wait-for-setup`) setup
commands are typed into the user's interactive shell. Pair-inserting line
editors such as zsh-autopair rewrite the `( ` of the `( bash runner )` wrapper
into `( )`, so bash -lc receives a stray `)` and rejects the whole line: setup
never runs, no completion marker is printed, and the worker stays at
setup_state: running (or the agent gate waits out its timeout).
The runner command is always a single external command (bash/cmd.exe/
powershell.exe), so the subshell added nothing; run it directly.

* fix(workspace-board): paired hosts keep their own custom status columns
A desktop client grouped a paired host's workspaces with its local column
list, so cards in host-only columns (e.g. status-6) fell back to the default
column. Fetch each host's workspaceStatuses via the existing ui.get RPC and
merge them after the local columns for grouping, without persisting them.

* fix(workspace-board): keep paired host columns safe from local column edits
- Removing a local column resolves cards against the merged board list, so a
host card in a host-only column is never rewritten.
- New column ids are unique against the merged list, not just local ones.
- The context menu status submenu and the closed-sidebar order use the merged
columns too; the shared-status helper moves to the menu policy module.
- A host that sends no columns adds none instead of the defaults; identical
replies keep the stored identity and out-of-order replies are dropped.
- The merged list is named boardStatuses and tolerates stores without the
host fields, so the earlier WorktreeList fixture edits are reverted.

* fix(workspace-board): keep host cards whose host still defines a removed id
Removing a local column whose id a paired host also defines rewrote that
host's cards to the local fallback. Skip runtime-host cards when their own
host still has the column.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
* fix(workspace-board): keep host column ids in the composer and drop a retired host's columns
Creating from a host-only lane now keeps that column's status, a host that is
removed or re-paired to another machine no longer leaves its columns behind,
and the new tests use checked fixtures instead of casts.

* fix(workspace-board): deliver a host's workspaceViewChanged so its columns refresh
Co-authored-by: Kooooojun <edisonhuang1122@gmail.com>
* fix(workspace-board): show and offer a paired host's columns only for that host's cards
The board adds a host's column only when one of that host's own cards uses it,
never the host's copy of the default column, so local cards keep falling back
to the local list. The context menu offers host columns only when every card
is on that host, the composer applies a lane's host column only when creating
on that host, and status writes drop another host's column id.
Co-authored-by: Kooooojun <edisonhuang1122@gmail.com>
* fix(workspace-board): read cards through the record selectors and skip foreign-lane drops
Board lanes and the context menu now leave out a host's copy of the default
column, so a host card's menu matches its lane. Lanes skip the card scan when
no host adds a column. A drop into another paired host's lane is ignored
instead of re-ranking the lane.
Co-authored-by: Kooooojun <edisonhuang1122@gmail.com>
* fix(workspace-board): sync tasks against every offered column and test host-lane drops
Task-status sync now finds a paired host's column that no card uses yet, as the
card's menu offers it. A write left empty after dropping another host's column
is skipped. New tests cover board and sidebar drops into a host-only lane.
Co-authored-by: Kooooojun <edisonhuang1122@gmail.com>
* fix(workspace-board): resolve host columns by runtime owner and compare mixed selections per card
A paired host's SSH workspace, which the host's runtime owns, now gets that
host's columns like its other cards. A mixed selection marks and moves each
card against its own host's columns. A status write for a card the store does
not know yet passes through unchanged.

Only the automations and client-hosted-browser steps had an id-keyed
entry in the localized step copy map, so every other contextual tour
(workspace board, agent sessions, browser, tasks, floating workspace,
workspace creation) rendered English titles, bodies, and action labels
next to localized Back/Next/Done controls.
Give every tour step a required stable id and move the copy lookup into
contextual-tour-step-copy.ts. The map `satisfies` a record over all step
ids, so a new step without localized copy is a type error. Primary and
secondary action labels (Split terminal, Got it, Browser settings) are
localized through the same entry. Existing automations and
client-hosted-browser keys are unchanged so shipped translations keep
resolving.
Add the new strings to en and translate them for ko, es, ja, zh, fr,
and pt.

* feat(wsl): let an idle WSL distro stop once its orcad idle-exits
The WSL host's holder kept the distro (and the WSL VM) running after Orca quit, even with
nothing running in it. orcad now leaves a release request in ~/.orca when a managed idle stop
retired its terminal daemon; the holder waits for that orcad to exit, claims the request and
ends, so WSL can stop the distro. Live terminals, working agents, enabled automations or a
returning client keep the distro held as before. A host whose distro is stopped at startup
reads as stopped instead of unreachable, and the real-WSL lane gains a phase that proves the
release and records memory.
* fix(wsl): key the holder release on the WSL-host launch marker; name the lane phase
The real-WSL lane showed orcad idle-stopping with its daemon retired while the distro stayed
up: the setsid'd orcad's environment is not guaranteed to carry WSL_DISTRO_NAME, so the
release request was never written. Use ORCA_WSL_ORCAD_HOST, which only WSL-host launches set.
Phase 3 now carries its phase name and path filter, and records what kept a distro running.
* test(wsl): dispose the idle-release lane's guest transports
Each guest command left its exec loop running, a wsl.exe client that kept the distro up after
the holder had already let go (the receipt showed no holder, no orcad, no request left).
* test(wsl): record which wsl.exe clients keep the idle-release lane's distro up
* test(wsl): satisfy the flaky-test ratchet; feed the new idle port in the release test
* test(wsl): snapshot guest processes after launch to find what holds the session
* test(wsl): locate the step that leaves the zombie holding the idle distro
* test(wsl): log the idle-release lane's guest commands with times to place the zombie
* test(wsl): follow the remote runtime client's move
* test(wsl): record when each leftover WSL session init started
* fix(wsl): keep the distro while the user still runs anything, and never trip on the request file
Review of #33084:
- The holder now checks, before claiming a release, that no process of the user runs outside
the holder itself (session plumbing aside: systemd --user, (sd-pam), dbus-daemon). A detached
tmux, nohup job or dev server keeps the distro; it fails toward holding.
- A new holder drops any request left from before it started, so an older orcad's request can
never end a holder a client just asked for.
- orcad touches the request file only for WSL-host launches and never throws over it.
- The real-WSL lane proves a detached job keeps the holder and its request, and the distro
stops once the job ends.
* fix(wsl): a running container keeps the distro, whoever owns its shim
Docker's containerd-shim processes run as root, so the user-only scan missed them and a
release would have stopped running containers. Any containerd-shim process now keeps the hold.
* fix(wsl): read each process status only up to Uid; document what keeps the hold
Delta review of #33084: dash reads a status file a byte at a time, so stop at Uid. Document
that a root default user never releases, that per-user agents hold it, and the hidepid
exception. The lane's pkill no longer matches the shell running it.
* fix(orcad): materialize the app's agent-browser driver into the local slot
Replaces #34111's ORCA_AGENT_BROWSER_DRIVER hand-off, Windows profile copy and
claimed snapshot store. Packaging now references the app's own
resources/agent-browser-<target> from the orcad template manifest
(packagedBrowser, like packagedRipgrep), so the materialized slot carries it and
every local orcad launch finds it beside orcad-server.js. macOS signs the driver
before hashing; Windows reseals it after SignPath. The resolver now also tries
the musl driver name on Linux.
Refs #33846
* build(orcad): let a checkout keep template drivers with ORCAD_OMIT_AGENT_BROWSER=0
* fix(repos): let a project be removed while its paired server is unreachable
An unreachable server's repo.rm timeout aborted the whole removal. The error toast
now offers 'Remove from this desktop now', which purges this desktop's rows, records
a pending repo.rm (persisted UI state, optional), fences the server's catalog so it
cannot re-add the project, and replays the removal once the server is ready again.
Re-adds and replays for one server are serialized so neither undoes the other.
Fixes STA-9705
* fix(repos): replay owed removals whenever the server is ready, and lift the fence on refusal
Main publishes status only on change, so a record written or seeded after the ready
snapshot now replays at once. A refused replay refreshes the server's catalog, a
retired server drops its records, a user disconnect also offers local removal, and
the field is main-owned so paired clients cannot overwrite it.
* fix(repos): keep owed removals across disconnects and re-pairs; drop them only for forgotten servers
Also picks up records written during an in-flight replay, classifies the new UI field for
WSL moves, and fixes the test's projection shape.
* fix(repos): say 'disconnected' when the user disconnected the server, and test records surviving re-pair
* fix(repos): retry a replay when the server reconnects while it is still failing
* test(repos): narrow the toast action instead of asserting its type
* test(repos): run the toast action's removal directly instead of dispatching its handler
* fix(native-chat): keep Claude approval choices across model changes without freezing delivery
A Claude chat saved as "Approve for me" could reopen asking for every approval,
because Orca read the folder's saved model list as launch policy, and a model
change could keep running in a weaker approval mode Claude opened with. The
first fix for this was reverted after it froze the app: restored history left
a turn reading as running, a send was refused against it, and delivery retried
the same send with nothing changed.
- The saved approval choice goes to Claude as-is; the menu offers every mode.
- Orca records the mode Claude actually opened in. A send that picks a new
model reopens Claude first when that mode differs from the one requested,
only when the chat owes no work; Orca mail notices never reopen it.
- A message sent while a Claude turn is running joins that turn on its current
choices; new choices apply at the next new turn. Nothing is refused.
- History catch-up closes every turn it opens, in the thread it opened in.
- At startup, a turn reading as running under the new agent that the agent is
not running is ended as interrupted.
- Delivery goes round again only after a step shows what it changed (a commit,
a different child, a start it joined ending, or a wake); otherwise it waits
for the next change instead of repeating the same step.
Tracked in STA-10953.

Condition waits never forwarded --timeout, so agent-browser always stopped at its own 25s default and --timeout 60000 still failed at 25s. orcad's external Chromium run and Electron sidecar socket also capped waits at a fixed 90s. One builder now passes --timeout (explicit or the documented 25000 default) on the local and orcad paths, process kills sit 5s above it, and every forwarding hop waits max(60s, T+30s).

* fix(mobile): open wrapped terminal urls and paths with desktop's link detection
Desktop's terminal URL and file-link detectors move to src/shared and the phone's
WebView document calls them, replacing its single-row copies. File taps carry every
reading of the tapped text so the phone opens the longest one the host finds, as
desktop does.
* fix(mobile): keep the unc host of osc 8 file links for the host to resolve
* fix(mobile): resolve terminal file-tap readings a few at a time
A tap inside a run of path rows yields hundreds of hard-wrap guesses; firing them all at once overflowed the page bridge's pending-request cap and the real path was never checked.
* refactor(terminal): share the osc 8 link classifier and trim file-tap plumbing
Desktop and the phone now read OSC 8 targets through one shared classifier. Terminal file taps carry only their candidate list, deduped by path, and desktop checks OSC overlap only for candidates it can resolve.
* refactor(terminal): keep shared link files under the line cap
The xterm buffer subset gets its own module, and the text-only OSC resolver goes now that the router uses findExactTerminalFileLink.
* fix(mobile): compare branches and show diffs with desktop's base-ref and whitespace settings
Base-ref resolution moves to src/shared and the host publishes the compare-against-upstream
and show-whitespace settings, so the phone's branch compare and diffs match desktop.
* fix(mobile): use the upstream compare policy on the review screen and rebuild diffs when whitespace changes
* fix(mobile): reread Source Control settings on Refresh and restart diffs loading under the old whitespace setting
* test(mobile): cover diffs dropped when desktop's whitespace setting arrives
* refactor(mobile): share one Source Control settings read per host across screens

The streamed page's keydown handler forwarded Ctrl/Cmd+V to the host as a
keypress and cancelled the browser's paste event, so the host pasted its
own (usually empty) clipboard. Native paste chords now fall through, and
the frame's paste event inserts the clipboard text with
browser.keyboardInsertText on the pane's input queue, split into chunks
that fit the runtime socket frame.

Orca wrote a synthetic "OMP ready" / "OMP - action required" title over
the session title that OMP and Orca's titlebar extension already paint.
OMP's hooks are authoritative and its own rest title reads as idle, so
stop synthesizing terminal titles for OMP, as for OpenCode.

* fix(browser): let Grab page element pick and track elements inside open shadow roots
Document hit-testing and marker lookups stop at a shadow host, so Grab only
ever picked the host. The overlay now descends through open shadow roots,
and both the overlay and the annotation viewport bridge find the marked
element and listen for scrolls inside them. Closed roots stay opaque.

* fix(browser): track slotted ancestors and stop re-walking shadow roots for a lost target
* fix(browser): walk shadow roots once per selection and count fixed shadow hosts
* fix(browser): restore grab pointer events if a page's shadowRoot throws; type the shadow fixtures
* fix(browser): keep composed-tree walks safe from page-named form controls

* fix(runtime): clear Claude's question wait when a phone keystroke answers it
Claude sends no hook after AskUserQuestion is answered; desktop infers it, phone answers left the pane waiting.
* fix(mobile): answer multi-question cards like desktop, with Skip and back-stepping
Mobile required every answer and locked grouped structured questions once tapped; the card rules and structured mapping now live in shared code.
* fix(mobile): announce ask card options as checkboxes or radios
* fix(mobile): answer a grouped question only on the prompt it was picked on
* test(runtime): drop the multi-question case the shared answer rule already covers
* refactor(native-chat): share the typed-answer rules and fold the host answer check into terminal.send
* fix(mobile): send terminal paste, keys and query replies like desktop
* fix(mobile): encode Shift+Enter for the pane's negotiated keyboard modes
The phone's xterm now tracks Kitty flags and modifyOtherKeys with desktop's tracker, seeded from the host snapshot.
* fix(mobile): keep keyboard modes across terminal snapshots
* fix(mobile): adopt snapshot keyboard modes with desktop's rule
* refactor(terminal): share snapshot keyboard-mode adoption and mode mirroring
* fix(mobile): compare terminal modes field by field instead of a dynamic read
* refactor(mobile): share terminal display-mode adoption between snapshot and resize
* fix(mobile): accept only known terminal display modes from the host
* fix(mobile): follow desktop terminal display rules
- ZWJ emoji width: activate the shared Orca unicode provider instead of plain Unicode 11.
- Contrast floor: share desktop's resolver and background parser; translucent
backgrounds composite over the published light/dark surface.
- Word selection: use xterm's default word separators via a shared rule.
- Takeover reports: share the 30 s gate and single retry between desktop and mobile.
- Use the shared viewport minimums and default scrollback rows.
* refactor(mobile): trim duplicate tests and reuse shared terminal types
* fix(mobile): resolve terminal tab agent icons with the desktop rule
Moves the tab-strip identity resolver to src/shared and deletes the drifted copy in use-tab-agent.ts, so the desktop tab strip, open-tab search and the phone all run one rule.
* fix(mobile): rank host cursor identity as the tab's process signal
* fix(mobile): rank cached host cursor identity only for unowned terminal tabs
* fix(terminal): keep sleeping tab identity through hibernation shell evidence
The kill that hibernates a pane can report the shell foreground while the wake record is kept on purpose; the tab strip never retired sleeping identity on exit evidence, so the shared resolver keeps that behavior.
* test(terminal): drop tab agent tests that replay the shared resolver
* refactor(terminal): share the observed agent signal rule between tab strip and snapshots
