Bound executable probes and reuse the verified selection for native operations without replaying authentication or user requests. Neil	927ca9e94b	perf(preflight): fs-based PATH resolution for agent detection (no where/which spawn) (#9297) ... Resolve agent CLIs against PATH with fs instead of spawning one where/which subprocess per candidate (~34 at startup). Same found/not-found result (same env/PATH, faithful which/where semantics); subprocess spawns 34->0. Fixes #9297.	2026-07-18 15:16:43 -07:00
