Jinjing e466520744 Add live loopback regression tests for hook forwarding payloads ...

- Introduce a shared test fixture that spins up an HTTP loopback
  server and asserts route, auth token, pane key, and exact payload
  bytes for both curl (form) and PowerShell (JSON) forwarding paths.
- Extend the managed hook stdin lifecycle suite to exercise every
  POSIX and Windows generated hook script end-to-end against the
  loopback server, not just the no-op/stdin-drain path.
