Sixth-pass review found no production defect and 21/24 mutants killed, with three survivors that all shared one shape: the extracted bridge is well covered, but nothing executed the production wiring around it. - A real-preload integration test drives src/preload/index.ts with fake Electron bindings and asserts the subscription happens eagerly at module scope AND before the synchronous sample, that main's answer is exposed rather than a constant, and that the exposed reader is live. This kills both 'production never calls the helper' and 'initialisation deferred to the first read' - the latter would silently drop the document-first-instant subscription. - A focused responder test invokes the registered sync listener and asserts event.returnValue tracks the live commitment. A constant false there would re-enable corrupt archive reads for every document born mid-install, which is the case this PR exists for. Verified all three mutants die.
