Jinjing f1d9dea98b Disable experimental new worktree card style by default ...

Change the default of `experimentalNewWorktreeCardStyle` to false, making
the original worktree card style the default.

- Remove onboarding-based defaulting logic from Store and CLI agent hooks
- Ensure explicit user opt-ins for the new style are preserved on load
- Update unit tests to verify the updated default state
