NeilandOrca 3a49d9897d fix: resolve 14 visually-verifiable bugs from the bug bash
Fourteen independent defects, each root-caused against the reported
behaviour and covered by unit tests that fail before the change.

Terminal
- #8291 daemon reattach wiped the mouse modes the snapshot had just
rehydrated, re-enabling xterm row-wise selection over a live TUI.
Re-arm the replayed modes instead of resetting them.
- #8754 the two foreground-release timers in the output scheduler
cancelled each other on the Windows ConPTY DEC 2026 path, livelocking
a repainting TUI so output never reached the visible pane.
- #8715 the per-pane scroll snapshot captured on hide was never consumed
on reveal, so switching tabs resampled a collapsed viewport and pinned
  the pane to line 0.
- #8156 the WSL distro was derived only from the worktree path shape, so
a native-Windows worktree running under the WSL runtime produced
POSIX paths that failed the Win32 stat probe and never linkified.

Sidebar and status
- #8940 an incidental "claude" token in an OpenCode title outranked the
pane's known owner. Require an identity frame before a Claude title
  may reclaim a pane.
- #10258 Cursor's only native OSC title was dropped unconditionally, so
a hookless Cursor pane produced no sidebar row at all.
- #8813 the worktree card's status lane rendered git identity for every
quiet state, so no status colour was ever visible.
- #8372 killAll/killOne/restart tore down sessions without broadcasting,
leaving the status-bar CLI count frozen until the popover was opened.
- #8752 checkRepoHooks reported an unreadable orca.yaml as "no hooks",
caching a false negative that kept the setup-script prompt on screen.

Window
- #8797 (PARTIAL, does not close the issue) macOS had no vibrancy surface
and an opaque fill above the terminal. This lands the plumbing — a
platform-gated blur surface and a root class that makes the opacity
token reach the compositor — but measured before/after on macOS shows
only a 2/255 shift in the terminal and a pixel-identical sidebar, so
the setting is still not visibly effective. Left open deliberately.

Mobile
- #8364, #8700 the phone re-derived its active tab from every host
snapshot, so any republication yanked the user off the browser tab —
permanently, because the host persisted the fallback.

WSL
- #7792 the in-distro poll scan was capped at -maxdepth 2, so external
edits to nested files never emitted fs:changed and editors stayed stale.
- #10326 Chat UI could not read a WSL Codex transcript: the guest Linux
path was probed against the Windows drive root. Translate to the UNC
twin using the async cached WSL seams.

#7732 is already fixed on main by #12266 and is not included here.
