Jinwoo-H 039d89260a Merge origin/main into step4-session after #20705 ...

Two conflicts, both resolved as the union of the two sides. The adapter
register takes all four new modules, main's file-request, host-screen and
host-worktree-action alongside this branch's github-pr. pilot-scenarios.json
keeps main's 130 scenarios and this branch's 21, 151 in all with no id
collision and no base entry changed by either side. baseline is
c6a7216984 on both sides and stays there.
