Neil c12caec0e4 ci(mobile): run mobile checks on desktop xterm source-patch edits ...

regenerate-xterm-patches-mobile.mjs derives the mobile patch from the desktop
`ColorContrastCache.ts` stanza and `xterm-upstream.json`, so an edit to either
changes what the mobile patch check expects while mobile.yml never triggers.
