Electron forwards a V8 FatalError in the utility process through EventEmitter 'error'; unlistened, that is an uncaught exception in the main process before the launcher ever sees the handshake rejection. Fail an unsettled handshake from the listener; after settle, keep the cause for the exit path that always follows. Same class one layer up: after a rejected launch (timeout/spawn-error) the child adapter was still wired to shim exit and late daemon-error relays, and nobody holds the child — its 'error' emissions were uncaught too. Rejection now detaches routing. Also make the packed-shim asarUnpack pin glob-aware: drive the builder's own FileMatcher instead of an exact-string toContain, with controls proving the daemon entry still matches and a broad out/main/** pattern trips the pin.
