Neilandwelldoingk 50da78aa85 fix(mobile): detect New Workspace agents in the selected repo runtime ...

Pass the selected repository to New Workspace agent detection through the host-authoritative runtime resolver, including WSL paths and Windows project preferences. Preserve old-client request shape, SSH routing, and strict ownership/refusal behavior.

This merge credits @welldoingk’s original WSL agent-detection investigation and community PR #20101, adapted to the current host-resolved contract.
