den4ikandNeil 0afedab10d fix(lifecycle): keep UI listener failures from vetoing the shutdown checkpoint (#21029) ...

A throwing ui-changed listener (e.g. webContents.send on a destroyed
secondary window) propagated out of store.updateUI() during
app:stage-before-unload-sync and cancelled the shutdown checkpoint,
leaving the user unable to quit. notifyUIChanged now isolates each
listener, the ui:stateChanged broadcast skips destroyed webContents, and
the staging failure cause is returned to preload so the error toast
names it.

Fixes #20897
