Neil 6173369ade fix(diagnostics): append daemon and trace logs off the event loop (#34659) ...

Daemon log lines used appendFileSync per event and the trace sink used
writeSync, so a disk or writeback stall froze the daemon and orcad together.
Both now go through one bounded writer: lines queue in memory, one async drain
writes a batch at a time and is the only code that rotates, a full queue drops
its oldest lines behind a count marker, and flush() waits only for its own
lines. Crash breadcrumbs and exits append the remaining queue synchronously.
Orderly quit waits up to 500 ms for the async flush.
