* fix(terminal): keep keys typed before a pane's PTY exists

* fix(terminal): hold pre-spawn keys only in panes with no startup work

* fix(terminal): no pre-spawn hold for live-entry resumes or main-started panes

* fix(terminal): keep the deferred-split hold exactly as before

* fix(terminal): drop held keys if a resume or startup work appears before the bind
