NeilandClaude 1dec433da6 fix(i18n): translate the Claude account labels in switch toasts and dialogs (#34470) ...

getClaudeAccountLabel returned 'System default' and 'Claude account' as
English literals, so the account-switch toast, switch-sessions dialog and
restart toasts showed them untranslated inside otherwise localized copy.
Route both through translate() with new accounts.claude keys, reusing
each locale's existing Accounts pane wording for System default.

Fixes #30101
