NeilandOrca 16cc436902 fix(mobile): stop clobbering the desktop opt-out and cover legacy folder workspaces

Mobile reads alwaysShowDefaultBranchWorkspace but has no toggle for it, so
echoing its local `true` default back through ui.set silently reverted a desktop
opt-out on the first filter tap before ui.get landed. Drop the key from the
payload — mobile is a reader only.

Also give the pre-isMainWorktree fallback its own folder-workspace arm:
isDefaultBranchWorkspace rejects folder workspaces by design, so #8873 still
reproduced for them when paired with a host that predates the flag.
