NeilandOrca 1a3eb550db fix(readme): correct Kimi CLI link and swap Anthropic favicon for Claude glyph

- Kimi: the docs site reorganized kimi-cli → kimi-code-cli, so the old
  badge href 404'd. Point at /kimi-code-cli/getting-started.html in all
  four READMEs and in agent-catalog.tsx (which mirrors the badge href).
- Claude Code: the badge was pulling the Anthropic corporate favicon
  (a brown 'A' glyph), not the orange Claude starburst the app uses.
  Ship docs/assets/claude-logo.svg (same path data + #D97757 fill as
  ClaudeIcon) so README and app show the same icon for the agent.

Keep this folder focused on the durable references for Orca's public CLI and runtime model.

Why The Folder Is Small

Earlier design and implementation work produced several planning and evaluation docs. Those were useful while the feature was taking shape, but they were intentionally removed once the implementation converged so future readers are not forced to choose between multiple overlapping sources of truth.
