* fix(daemon): verify daemon PID identity from the native Windows process table

The Windows daemon PID check forked powershell.exe Get-CimInstance through
node:child_process with no windowsHide, flashing a console and costing
~850ms per check. Read the command line and creation time from the shared
windows-process-table reader instead, and route the POSIX ps queries
through @orca/process-host.

* refactor(daemon): drop the ps migration and trim the PID identity tests

Keep #27703 to the PowerShell removal: restore the macOS/Linux ps paths,
their tests and the process-host baseline entry. Collapse the mocked
Windows identity cases into one table, keep only the real-addon native
case, and move the creation-time fallback beside queryWindowsProcess.
