Brings in 41 commits: SSH/Remote Orca Server reconnect + per-environment SSH state, AI Vault runtime-host scanning, terminal query-reply/#7329 snapshot escape-tail, #7604 WebGL glyph-atlas-preserving refocus, #7718 stale-handle guard, daemon file log, watcher process isolation, mobile fixes. Conflict resolutions (our restructure kept, main's new semantics grafted in): - shared/agent-detection.ts: kept OUR barrel (superset — exports isCursorNativeAgentTitle + AGENT_NAMES main dropped); main's terminal-title-* modules coexist on disk for their direct resolveTerminalTitleAgentType / synthetic-agent-title consumers. - daemon/headless-emulator.ts: kept OUR TerminalOscCwdTitleScanner + TerminalMouseModeMirror (main's TerminalPrivateModeTracker is a functionally identical rename); grafted main's pendingEscapeTailAnsi snapshot field (#7329, our Bug E). - pty-connection.ts: kept both query-extraction imports + isTerminalQueryReply; grafted sendInputImmediate for mode-2031 replies (#7329). - use-terminal-window-wake-recovery.ts: took main's clearGlyphAtlases-aware onSystemResumed (#7604); updated its test to assert the new focus(false)/ resume(true) atlas behavior. - remote-runtime-terminal-multiplexer.ts: kept OUR recovery-snapshot branch + grafted main's pendingEscapeTailAnsi into onSnapshot. - daemon-server.ts: kept both stream-backlog probe (ours) and file-log (main). - terminal-multiplex.test.ts: kept both our view-subscriber tests + added main's stale-handle test; stubbed resolveLiveLeafForHandle (#7718 subscribe path) in stubRuntime default. - Dedup: pendingEscapeTailAnsi (types.ts), onSystemResumed (api-types/preload/ web-preload) auto-merge duplicates. Gates: typecheck 0 errors; terminal suites 327 files pass; both fuzz suites + snapshot roundtrip pass; oxlint clean. Co-authored-by: Orca <help@stably.ai>
