NeilandClaude b0178a5dbc fix(orcad): prove the held-6768 fallback in e2e and keep the managed marker out of terminals (#29569)

* fix(pty): keep orcad's managed-launch marker out of user terminals

A terminal on a managed host inherited ORCA_ORCAD_MANAGED_ACTIVATION_ROOT, so an
orcad a user started there looked client-managed: --port stopped being strict
and idle exit applied. Scrub it like the other per-launch identity variables.
