* fix(terminal): parse Markdown file destinations before bare paths

* fix(terminal): keep Windows backslashes in Markdown file destinations

Markdown unescaping turned C:\Users\me\.config\app.json into
C:\Users\me.config\app.json, a regression versus bare-path detection.
