Brennan Benson 3af90c0ffe fix(mobile): pipeline live terminal input instead of awaiting each RPC ...

Live keystrokes were stop-and-wait on terminal.send, so bursts still
paid RTT between the first write and the coalesced tail. Reuse the
existing subscribe Input frames so writes return after the socket send,
matching desktop multiplex input, and fall back to terminal.send when
the host has not advertised a binary stream id.
