Jinwoo-HandOrca 3cd944bc32 Remove mobile-fit debug logging, add debug skill doc ...

Strip all mfLog file logging and console.log('[mobile-fit]') calls
from production code. The skill doc at skills/mobile-fit-debug/SKILL.md
documents how to temporarily re-add logging when needed.
