Jinwoo-H 55bf313178 chore(drift): restore non-mobile files that main owns ...

Four files drifted from origin/main with no hybrid-WebView dependency, and
two new shared modules were dead on arrival.

Restored to main:
- src/renderer/src/store/slices/runtime-status-recheck.ts (oxfmt reflow only;
  root sources are not oxfmt-formatted)
- src/main/shell-startup-feature-channel.test.ts (ORCA_ORIG_ZDOTDIR test
  isolation; the env var predates this branch on main)
- tests/e2e/cross-version-wire/release-checkout.unit.test.ts (120s timeout bump)
- config/vitest.config.ts (config/build-plugins glob matches no test file)

Deleted:
- src/shared/agent-subagent-equality.ts — duplicate of agentSubagentsEqual in
  agent-status-types.ts, which is what every caller imports
- src/main/native-chat/transcript-watch-drain-controller.ts — no importers
