Neil 5b4cbfada8 fix(browser): closing a headless server's browser tab no longer crashes the server (#29480) ...

Detach the page's debugger before destroying its offscreen window, so a live
screencast closes before its in-flight snapshot can call capturePage on the
half-destroyed page (an Electron segfault). Also wait for the paired workspace's
first terminal in the link-routing e2e so its late focus cannot hide the pane.
