OrcaWinandm4air 4dcd0b95c8 fix(ci): record the Codex capacity capture's known serializer divergence (#28286) ...

#28231 added the codex-model-capacity-fullscreen PTY capture without an entry in the replay
test's known-divergence table, so every PR's test shard fails on main (expected 0, got 12).
The serializer is untouched; the divergence is the same restore limitation the table records.
