OrcaWinandOrcaWin 581e23319d ci: run the macOS computer-use smoke only for macOS-relevant changes (#34325) ...

The owner-loss smoke builds the Swift helper and forks the computer sidecar;
neither imports src/cli or src/main/daemon, yet those paths started the paid
macOS runner on every computer-e2e trigger. Move it to its own workflow with
the macOS-relevant subset of the old paths.
