* feat(ssh): per-host Reconnect on launch toggle A host with Reconnect on launch turned off starts each launch as if the user had disconnected it: main records the session user-disconnect for it and the managed servers reached through it, so neither the startup restore, pane mounts nor managed-server calls dial it until the user connects it. The renderer also skips it in the startup restore. The switch lives in Settings -> SSH -> Advanced for hosts this desktop dials; undefined keeps today's behaviour. * fix(ssh): hold opted-out hosts before server status probes start Server status probes start inside registerCoreHandlers, before the SSH handlers register, so hold launch opt-outs right before it (once per process). Relay-era panes that hit a held host now wait for Connect instead of reporting a failed connect.
