brennanb2025andOrca 765b710bf5 feat(sidebar): bold unread workspaces instead of bell icon

Replaces the per-worktree bell affordance with a bold-title treatment
for unread workspaces, and drops the now-unused Mark Read/Unread
context-menu entry. The 'unread' card property still gates the
emphasis, so users can opt out. PR# label de-bolded to match the
softer title weight on read cards.

Keep this folder focused on the durable references for Orca's public CLI and runtime model.

Why The Folder Is Small

Earlier design and implementation work produced several planning and evaluation docs. Those were useful while the feature was taking shape, but they were intentionally removed once the implementation converged so future readers are not forced to choose between multiple overlapping sources of truth.
