Merge Sim 91fa5dbfb6 test(native-chat): stop asserting the deleted draft feasibility input ...

The routing-authority test expected the shared predicate to receive
isDraftPrompt; delivery mode is prompt metadata and never reaches
feasibility now, so assert its absence instead.
